A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the Kitchen Brigade at the award-winning 5-Star PGA Catalunya Resort.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the day to day running and the strategic planning of the resort Kitchens; ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards across all areas.
The Executive Chef is responsible for the management and review of all aspects of the operation including our people, standards implementation, guest service satisfaction and revenue. You will be responsible for the creation, management and fulfilment of your department’s budget and work closely with the Food and Beverage outlet managers to ensure we maximise all revenue potentials.
As Executive Chef you will lead the kitchen brigade and continue to develop their creativity working with the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus.
You will be passionate about working in a quality, renowned food environment and be an excellent manager who motivates and develops your brigade. You will take a hands-on approach to your role and be able to organise and prioritise to ensure quality and service delivery. With this in mind, you will have proven experience ideally at Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef level within a top quality restaurant or hotel environment and proven experience within a luxury hotel environment is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of the Spanish & English languages.
