Where is the Spa located?
The Spa is located right inside the hotel. Hotel guests simply take the elevator to Lobby level. Day Spa Guests have direct access to the Spa from the parking area, via the events entrance door.

What if I have specific health concerns?
Your health and wellbeing is very important to us.
That’s why we ask you to share any information regarding health conditions (such as high blood pressure, allergies and injuries) when you book.
If you do experience any discomfort during the treatment, please let your therapist know straight away.
I’m not sure which is the best treatment for me. Can you help?
It would be our pleasure. We’ll talk you through all the options to make sure you get the best treatment programme for your individual needs.
When should I arrive?
To get the most out of your spa visit, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
That way you will have time to relax beforehand.
All treatments start at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, there will be less time available for your treatment, as we must honour the other clients’ appointment times.
Unfortunately, we cannot reduce the treatment charge if you are late.
What should I wear?
We have ample changing facilities at the wellness area so you can simply come as you are.
If you are a Hotel Guest, you might prefer to visit the Spa in your robe.
Swimwear must be worn in all public areas including the unisex sauna, steam rooms, hydro pools and exercise pool. For hygiene reasons, you must wear a swim cap in the pools. Just ask for one at reception.
What if I feel uncomfortable?
We want you to have the perfect spa experience.
lf there is anything we can do to make you more relaxed, whether it’s adjusting the volume of the music, changing the massage pressure, or tweaking the temperature, just let us know.
The wellness area is a device-free zone! Don’t forget to turn off your mobile phone or pager when you arrive.
Should I shave before the treatment?
Although it’s not essential, we suggest that men shave at least two hours before having a facial treatment.
This will help to maximise the benefits of the treatment.
We don’t recommend shaving less than two hours before a facial or prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
Is there anywhere to leave my valuables?
There are lockers available for your personal belongings, but we do recommend that you leave jewellery and valuables at home or in the safety deposit box in your room.
What is the minimum age?
Although the minimum age is normally 16 years, we are happy to provide advice regarding suitable treatments for teens but we do insist that each child is accompanied by an adult.
Standard charges and conditions apply in all cases.
Important: The jets of the Spa Circuit are not recommended under the age of 16.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
lf you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that’s no problem, just call us.
(To avoid being charged the full service fee, we do ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice.)
How can I pay for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you are staying at the hotel, you can also charge spa services to your room account.
Your credit card number will be taken when you book, to secure your appointment.
